The 45 day Free Trial comes with no additional charges unless you require assistance getting started. Ideavibes offers consulting services if needed.
Enterprise pricing is based on a one-year subscription and allows you to run multiple crowdsourcing or crowdfunding campaigns on multiple domains concurrently from a single dashboard. Excessive bandwidth usage will be charged on a monthly basis only.
The price includes comprehensive online and telephone support through the Ideavibes support site.
The standard set-up fee for the Enterprise Edition of the Ideavibes Crowd Engagement Platform is $800 and includes the set-up of the Platform to allow you to create crowdsourcing or crowdfunding campaigns.
If you wish to deploy the Ideavibes Platform on a new, customized website, we can either provide an estimate to develop a site that meets your needs, or work with your current web developers to make it happen.
For crowdfunding campaigns, the Platform will require a payment gateway in order to process payments from the crowd. Standard configuration includes connection with Beanstream for payment processing and this is included in the Standard set-up fee. Alternative payment gateways such as PayPal can be used and will be estimated on a per case basis if there are additional charges required.
When you sign-up to the 45 day Free Trial, you are signing up to a limited edition of the Ideavibes Crowd Engagement Platform for 45 days.
When you subscribe to the Ideavibes Crowd Engagement Platform Enterprise Edition, you are committing to a one-year agreement at $899 per month for unlimited use of the platform.
Ideavibes makes it easy to manage your subscription as your needs change. You can cancel this agreement at any time after 3 months, with 90 days' written notice. This means by signing up, you are committing to Ideavibes for 6 months. Cancellation notice must be provided to Ideavibes in writing with an authorized signature (via fax to 613.691.0647, or letter mail), on your letterhead. Complete Terms and Conditions are here.
A valid credit card is required for signing up for the Enterprise Edition and paying your accounts unless otherwise arranged. The Subscription Services are billed in advance on the same day each month, and the fee is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to be fair - no exceptions will be made. You will be sent an invoice via email for the subscription fee plus applicable taxes and any excessive bandwidth usage. The credit card you have authorized will be charged for the amount of this invoice.
